Getting Started

Step 1: Unbox and Inspect

Carefully unbox the Smart Bird Feeder and check that all components are present. Ensure that there is no visible damage to the unit or its parts.

Step 2: Charge the Feeder

If using the built-in battery, connect the Smart Bird Feeder to a power source using the USB charging cable. Alternatively, you can install the solar panel and ensure it is positioned in direct sunlight for optimal performance. The LED indicator will turn green when the feeder is fully charged.

Step 3: Install the App

Scan the QR Code on the manual to download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Install and create an account. Follow the in-app instructions to connect the bird feeder to your Wi-Fi network.

Step 4: Mounting the Feeder

Use the mounting bracket to attach the bird feeder to a suitable location such as a tree, wall, or fence. Ensure the feeder is at a height safe from predators and easily accessible for birds. Tighten the screws securely

Yes, all products are weatherproof. The camera module withstands temperatures ranging from -5°F to 120°F (-20°C to 50°C). It is also detachable, allowing you to easily remove and store it indoors on extreme weather days. We’ll notify you via an in-app notification if the camera approaches these limits so you can store it indoors for safe-keeping.

We offer a 90-day return policy. To return your order, please contact our support team within 90 days of receiving it. Our standard warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery and applies to all Bird Buddy feeders and their respective add-ons, completely free of charge.
